As a believer in the British Mummy Bloggers Do It With Integrity campaign, there are some things I need to tell you about this blog. Please keep in mind that blogging is not my day job (that would be looking after the girls). I am not a journalist, editor nor a graphic designer (read: I don't get paid for whinging online). I write this blog because I enjoy it and it is cheaper than theraphy. I do get a few rewards though, and you should be aware of this.
- I accept advertising and sponsored links. These are carried on the right hand panel of my blog. Don't get too excited, the amounts I get for these ads are very small and barely fuel a bad Cafe Nero addiction.
- I accept and keep free products, services, travel and event tickets. However I do not accept cash for reviews. I write as honestly as possible about my experiences. I will not write about something if I don't believe in it or would not use the product.
- If I have accepted a reward in relation to a blog post, I have clearly indicated this at the top of the page. It may be something as simple as a PR buying me lunch or free tickets to an event. Keep in mind that magazines do this stuff all the time and don't bother to tell you about it!
- The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider, or party in question.
- I work on a consulting basis with Glam Media (they run the ads on my blog).
- If anything else comes up that I think you should know, I'll add it here.
